MUSHROOM SPINACH SALAD
INGREDIENTS
8.00 oz. Fresh Mushrooms
0.50 lb. Fresh Spinach
0.25 cup Lemon Juice
1.00 tbs. Salad Oil
1.00 tsp. Onion powder
2.00 tsp. Nonfat Milk, instant powder
0.50 tsp. Salt
0.25 tsp. Garlic powder
0.12 tsp. Mustard powder
0.12 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
DIRECTIONS
Rinse, pat dry and slice mushrooms (makes about 2 ¾ cups). Wash and drain spinach; tear into bite size pieces. Place
mushrooms and spinach in a salad bowl. In a covered container combine remaining ingredients; blend until smooth.
Pour over mushrooms and spinach; toss gently. Approximately 60 calories per portion.
