Apricot-Date Dessert Pie

Ingredients :

3    cup    Oat Flakes, quick cooking
1 1/2    cup    Bisquick(r) Baking Mix
2    cup    Packed Brown Sugar
2    tsp    Vanilla
3/4    cup    Butter Or Margarine, firm
2    can    Apricot Halves, drained, cut in half
1    pkt    Chopped Dates

Method :

* Heat oven to 375 degrees.
* Grease rectangular pan, 13×9x2 inches.
* Mix oats, baking mix, brown sugar and vanilla; cut in margarine until crumbly.
* Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture in pan.
* Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over top.
* Sprinkle with remaining crumbly mixture.
* Bake until golden brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
* Serve war with ice cream if desired.
