Vegetarian Mutton Curry Recipe

Ingredients

* 1 packed of vegetarian mutton
* 1 packed of Maggi curry rendang mix
* 2 cup of light santan (coconut milk)
* 2 tbsp of oil
* 1/2 big bombay onion chopped

Directions

1. Fry onions till golden before adding in the mutton.
2. Fry for about 2 minutes before adding in the santan mixed with curry rendang mix.
3. Leave it to cook at low fire for 15 mins.
