Spinach Raita Recipe

 

Ingredients: 

 

• 1/2 Cup spinach leaves, boiled and mashed

• 1 Cup yoghurt

• 1 tsp Roasted cumin seeds

• Salt to taste

• 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder

 

Cooking Instructions:

 

Beat the yoghurt with the help of fork.

Add spinach leaves and mix well.

Garnish it with a sprinkling of ground

roast cumin seeds and chilli powder.

Serve.
