100% Crunch Bread (Machine) - Regular Loaf

Ingredients :

3/4    cup    + 1T Water
2    cup    White bread flour
1    tsp    Salt
4    tsp    Honey
4    tsp    Molasses
2    tsp    Gluten
4    tsp    Olive oil
1/2    cup    Seeds *
1    tsp    Yeast, fast rise or machine
or
2    tsp    Yeast, active dry

Method :
* The seeds inject a crunchy, chewy texture so satisfying, you won’t even need a toaster for crispness. High in fiber and high in taste, this bread brings a new dimension to an avocado and sprout sandwich.

* * Experiment with unsalted seeds for different taste and texture; try equal amounts of pumpkin seeds, flax seeds and sunflower seeds.
* For best results, use the “extra knead” process and add seeds near the end of the first knead.
* Gluten is available in health food stores & nutritional departments.
* Use regular, rapid bake or timed bake cycle.
