Spiced Maple Iced Tea
INGREDIENTS:
* 6 tbs green tea
* 1 tbs anise, powdered
* 1/4 cup maple syrup
* Lemon slices for garnish

Raspberry Honey Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 cups tea
* 2 cups raspberry juice
* 1/4 cup honey
PREPARATION:
Mix raspberry juice, tea and honey. Whisk until honey is dissolved. Serve cold over ice. You can substitute cranberry juice, instead of raspberry for a different taste.

Iced Honey Coffee

INGREDIENTS:
* 2 tbs instant coffee
* 1/4 cup boiling water
* 1/4 cup honey
* 3/4 cup cold water
* 1 quart milk
* 1 cup ice cubes
PREPARATION:
Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water. Stir in honey and mix well. Add cold water, and pour over ice in glasses. Top of with milk.

Hard Coffee Soda

INGREDIENTS:
* 1 pint chocolate ice cream
* 5 scoops vanilla ice cream
* 1/2 cup light rum
* 2 tbs finely ground coffee
* Instant coffee crystals
PREPARATION:
Mix everything except the instant coffee together in a blender. Serve topped with a sprinkle of coffee crystals.

Green Apple Lemonade

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 green apples, peeled and cored
* Juice from 2 lemons
* 1 tbs sugar
* 1 cup cold water
PREPARATION:
Use a juicer to extract the juice from the green apples (Granny Smith are excellent). Combine apple and lemon juice, sugar and water. Stir well. Serve lemonade over ice.

Warm Sipper

INGREDIENTS:
* 3 tea bags, green
* 1 cup apple juice
* 1 cup apricot nectar
PREPARATION:
Heat juices together in a saucepan until boiling. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Steep for 2 minutes, then strain out the tea bags. Serve hot.
