Apple Strudel Puff Pastry

1 x Frozen puff pastry sheet
2 lrg Cooking apples, peeled, and thinly sliced
2 tbl Raisins
1 tbl Sugar mix with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 x Egg beat with 1 tsp water
