Amazing Coconut Pie Two

Ingredients :
2    cup    Milk
3/4    cup    Sugar
1/2    cup    Bisquick(r) Baking Mix
4    x    Eggs
1/8    cup    Margarine
1 1/2    tsp    Vanilla
1    cup    Coconut
    Method :
* Combine all ingredients except coconut in blender. Blend 3 minutes.
* Pour in 9″ pie pan, let stand 5 minutes.
* Sprinkle with coconut.
* Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
